Shipping

Orders placed through Candy Ice are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on national holidays. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping.  Candy Ice orders may take 12 weeks depending on the availability in stock.

All items ordered through Candy Ice are shipped restricted registered mail or courier on approval from Ontario, Canada. A street address is required for delivery – we are unable to deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes. We insure all of our packages.  We require a direct signature for all packages. Please provide a shipping address where a direct signature can be secured.  Candy Ice is not responsible for delayed delivery or any other issues once your order is shipped. If your order is returned to Candy Ice by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. Candy Ice does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

Worldwide standard shipping will be included on all orders (with some exceptions).  Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge (determined by geographic location) and can be selected at checkout.  All orders will receive an email from [email protected] with a tracking number once merchandise is shipped.

DOMESTIC: Within Canada, merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes up to 10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes approximately 3 days (1-5 business days depending on geographic location), for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 5 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time.

INTERNATIONAL: Merchandise will be delivered standard ground/air transportation, which takes up to 14 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes approximately 5 days (2-8 business days depending on geographic location), for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 5 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time.  Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes (see Taxes & Duties).

Taxes & Duties

CANADA:  For all orders placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes which will vary depending on the province the order is being shipped to. Canadian orders will not be subject to any duties/ import taxes upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL: Orders will be shipped out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) thus, may incur duties, fees and/or import taxes upon delivery. These are government imposed tarriffs in which payment is mandatory if you wish to receive your shipment.  Candy Ice is not responsible for duties and taxes. Should you have any questions regarding import duties/taxes please consult your local customs officer.
