Returns & Refund Policy

You may return your Candy Ice piece purchased online for an exchange or credit within ten (10) business days from the date of original delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. When returning or exchanging your piece, your piece must be in perfect condition in its original packaging with the original sales receipt. Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized) cannot be returned or exchanged. Special orders, customized, resized, and engraved pieces cannot be returned nor exchanged. No refunds, returns nor exchanges, shall be granted to any piece that: (i) has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, improper storage or handling; (ii) has been lost or stolen, (iii) has been reconstructed, repaired or altered by persons or entities other than Candy Ice.

Defective pieces (i.e., significant manufacturing defects in the piece’s material or workmanship) may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and, subject to verification by Candy Ice experts, Candy Ice shall either refund, repair or replace any defective piece at no additional charge to the customers. Refunds shall be processed within 10 business days after a return notification is issued by Candy Ice confirming the defect.  Refunds shall be provided in the original form of payment.
